A guarantee of quality! The orchids arrived on schedule by the schwerter team, although the place where I am is not easy to reach. The plants are in perfect condition, with identification tags and in perfect packaging for the trip. The plants have perfect leaves and the roots are many and healthy. The phalaenopsis tetraspis c2 arrived in bloom and was a beautiful surprise. The prices are very favourable, the team is really very kind. Dear Sir, Madam, Today we recieved our order. The quality of the plants is very good. It was clear they have handled with care. Also, the packaging was very good. Unfortunately, the delivery by DHL was not good. I was supposed to sign for delivery but the package was delivered in a shet by the neighbors who were not home. We have had several bad experiences with DHL regarding delivery. it would be greatly appriciated if it was possible to select a Servicepoint at checkout as delivery option to rule out the possibility of delivering at the wrong address.
